Secure car parking on levels P1 to P4. The building has 2 x 20-person large hi-speed lifts. Guest facilities & services: An undercover outdoor heated lap pool, spa and an air-conditioned gymnasium are all on the 5th floor, with city views. A security fob is required to call all lifts, as well as to enter all car park and accommodation levels - ensuring a feeling of total calm, privacy and security within the building. Wireless broadband Internet is available in all apartments and throughout the building (with options of hourly, daily, weekly or monthly fees). Day tours can be booked at Reception with Hannah during office hours. Apartment facilities: All short term apartments have a large ensuite with shower/bath, 32" LCD TV with free 35-channel Foxtel & DVD player, direct dial phones with facility to take messages and receive calls direct bypassing the switchboard, air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans, a large balcony with city views, bedside radio / alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, full kitchen set-up including a large refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher etc. The separate laundry includes a washing machine, dryer & ironing facilities etc. (A same-day laundry and dry cleaning service is also available Monday to Friday.) |
