Rates

We specialise in serviced apartment accommodation.  Rates for short term rentals start from overnight, daily, weekly, monthly and even a 3 month+ basis.  Apartments are usually serviced every 5th day.  However, if staying for more than one month, please note that rates include a weekly service.  More frequent servicing can be arranged for a moderate fee.

Maximum capacities are shown using existing bedding only i.e. please note no roll-aways.  Fold-out porta-cots are available on request @ $10 per night - including linen.

We accept all major credit cards (if paying with Amex and Diners Club please add 4.4% to the total account) and require a valid card to confirm your booking.  Credit facilities are available to pre-approved corporate customers only.

On confirmation of your booking, your credit card will be charged for the first night's accommodation. Alterations or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur that one night's accommodation as a cancellation fee.  In the case of bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a full cancellation fee will apply.
