Rates

We specialise in serviced apartment accommodation with WiFi.  Rates for short term rentals start from overnight, daily, weekly, monthly and even a 3 month+ basis.  Apartments are fully supplied with all bed linen and towelling and serviced every 5th day.  However, if staying for more than 28 days on the 'monthly rate' this rate includes a weekly service.  More frequent servicing can be arranged for a moderate fee.

Maximum capacities are shown in 'Details' below - using existing bedding only i.e. please note we have no roll-aways.  Fold-out infant's porta-cots are available on request @ $10 per night - including linen.

We accept all major credit cards, however, if paying with Amex or Diners Club please add 4% to the total account.  A valid card is required to make a booking as the first night will be charged as a deposit.  Credit account facilities are not available.

Following email confirmation of your booking, your credit card will be charged for the first night's accommodation and you will be emailed a receipt. 

Alterations or cancellations to the arrival or departure date, if made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or departure, will incur  one night's accommodation, as a cancellation fee.  In the case of bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation charged will apply.

Rates quoted are per apartment, include all taxes and will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD)
