Please note that all rates quoted on this website are per apartment, per night. All rates quoted include one (1) secure car park space per apartment, on request. All you need to do is follow the simple steps in the booking form above and you will instantly receive an email confirmation of your request. (Please note that payments with either American Express or Diners Club incur a 4% surcharge.)
Subject to availability and if you have provided us an e-mail address, Republic Apartments' Reservations staff will confirm your booking within 2 'work hours' for bookings made on this website.
Once your booking is confirmed by e-mail, your credit card will be charged for the first night's accommodation only - as a deposit. The balance will be charged on your arrival. If staying on a monthly rate then at least the first week is charged on arrival.
Cancellations and alterations may be made without penalty. However if made within 2 days of arrival you will incur a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation. Guests staying on the monthly rate are required to give at least one week's notice for all changes to either the arrival or departure dates.
